This 10-Piece Block Set is a great set for Home Chefs. It contains the 9 most popular Kitchen Knives and Tools, including a Carving Knife and Fork. Choose either Walnut or Midnight (G-10) Handles, plus the choice of a 16-Slot block in either Walnut, Acacia or Maple. Constructed from superior USA Hi-Carbon Stainless Steel, our full-tang Vintage blades are cut, ground, polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of Walnut or Midnight (G-10) are assembled to the blades with brass or stainless-steel rivets and then the knives are meticulously finished and sharpened. The Vintage Series features an updated ergonomically friendly hand-finished Walnut handle or a lustrous Midnight (G-10) handle that have a traditional, timeless look and feel. The sleek integrated bolster allows for a traditional or pinch-grip. The brass rivets complement the Walnut handle while the nickel-silver rivets complement the Midnight (G-10) handle and accents the stainless-steel blade.
